Edit: Okay after a long debate with Chrono, I know I was wrong. Panel 2 (the dead man) must be Quincey, surrounded by the Gypsies. But panel 3 (the one holding Mina) cannot be Harker. In chapter 65, Alucard never listed Harker inside the hunter's group. They were four people in chapter 65, and it is also 4 people in chapter 89, showing that they are the same person. If Hirano-sensei wishes to show Harker he would at least inform us by placing his name somewhere, or at least, draw 5 people instead of just 4.
