I thought it would be Pip/Dandy but I got no complaint since this looks way too awesome.

Since it's funny, I feel like translating, but... we'll see if I have time =P. Translation added. A very special thanks to Aurian. It's all thanks to her hardwork and sleepless night that you guys can see the translation like, uh, one week earlier, so bow your head down and WORSHIPPPP HERRRR! Oh, by the way, the translation notes are like 5 fucking pages long and I don't feel like posting such a long post, therefore it's not included. It mostly a discussion about things that can't be translated like the Seras' boobs majestic plural usage to refer the men, argument for each word choices, and some explanation about T2 Department. No, you are clearly not missing much =P.

About the special edition, if we're lucky, I'll have a possible HQ version of the cover to post. =D But still waiting for my damn YKO to be delievered. X__X

That is THE most amusing apology I've ever seen. It's classic, especially Alucard's *CENSORED* foaming at the mouth.
They should release project updates this way--I mean, I know it's an extra effort that they probably don't have time for, but it's cute, it's funny, it's a little bit of a preview, and it maintains contact with the fans. It's a perfect way to let people know what's going on, cheer them up, etc.

I'm a little unclear on the "delay of Hellsing". Is it just a reference to the OVA III, or the Hellsing manga chapter 82 or both? I saw the comment on your blog of "No hellsing this month", and I wasn't sure.

Yes, there are no Hellsing chapter this month, there are 2 colored page of OVA advertisement/information page instead.
